A system had been designed for CAPA by another company however it was never rolled out as it didn’t fit their business. It was important for Go Software to re-instil confidence in what a good system could achieve so they worked closely with the CAPA offices in London and Glasgow to fully understand what was required. Only then was the new system designed.
As CAPA provides consultancy and audit services to a diverse range of corporate clients throughout the UK it was important to have specific client access and easy to use interfaces. Multiple offices meant the system had to be easily accessible in any location on any device.
The system was designed incorporating these requirements whilst supporting Property Auditing by enabling full document storage and reporting tools. A diary system also enables tracking of cases and prompting staff when tasks have to be completed.
